I scheduled the annual tune up of my HVAC heat pump and heat pump water heater. The technician showed up, replaced the AHU filters (which I provided) and hosed down with water the heat pump.
I confess I am no expert, but I find hard to believe that the only yearly maintenance of such equipment involves only a hose down!
It is not about the $169 charge, I wanted to make sure the system is in good working order for another year. After this service I have no confidence it is the case!
