We had an emergency our hot water /heater pump servicing 4 family had failed on Friday I called around and Friday is not a good time to find service for our unit. But Boston Standard Came out at the last minute. Nothing could be done till Monday Since the tech support for the Utica unit was not available on the weekends. The Tech came out on time and let us know what the water heater needed. Thank you Boston Standard Company for your support. As of yet I have not been charged for the show up and support.
