One of the worst experiences that I ever went through. Unless you know anything about plumbing do not call them.
We have a tankless water heater that many plumbers are not yet knowledgeable on. Boston Standard were one of the few that knew the system and they take advantage of the fact that there is little competition. To me that is a scum bag way of doing business.
They charge $99 to come out alone. $700 more. When the problem wasn’t fixed a few days later, they were going to charge $350 to come back out. Fortunately we said “no” and got someone else.
I am in a condo area where this same system is used. I am going to recommend to the association not to use Boston Standard Plumber.
