JT was friendly, professional, and fast. He replaced our dishwasher supply line without needing to remove the dishwasher, which saved us hundreds of dollars. It was not easy to reach under the dishwasher to cut and remove the copper pipe and then install the new hose but he did it quickly and with a positive attitude. He wore booties to keep the house clean and cleaned up after his work. We really appreciate him coming out so that we can finally use our new dishwasher!
