Ben Strolsky and an assistant were my technicians. They were punctual, professional, accommodating, respectful, patient, competent, and extremely knowledgeable. Ben and his assistant did one of the best installation of a Navien Combi broiler I have ever seen, to be clear this was my 4th Combi broiler install and by far the best experience I have had. Not to mention, they left the work area cleaner than how they found it. Before leaving the work site, Ben explained what was done and answered all of my questions, I never felt rushed. Furthermore, when this company says they want to insure the customer is satisfied with their service, they truly mean it. After having a some what unpleasant experience with one of their technician. I was contacted by Emily immediately, who rectified the situation and left me feeling like a valued customer, who’s experience really does matter to them. I am in the process of hiring Boston Standard for some additional plumbing issues have been having. They offer great value for the price! This company’s work speaks for its self! I highly recommend them!
