I have been using Boston Standard for quite some time and this past experience has been awful. Technician Nate F. came into my AC check and after he left my furnace would not turn on. After inspecting my exterior AC unit, he said that the furnace was not relaying a signal to the outside unit. This was causing the outside unit not to work. That didn’t really make sense to me but I trusted his expertise. After he left, my basement furnace did not work and my home wouldn’t heat. And they could not get a technician out to rectify the situation. I’m very displeased.
