I paid Boston Standard to come out to diagnose a heating issue on a Sunday. The technician Daniel was very professional and quick to diagnose the heating system issue. I chose to not use their services to fix the issue. Personally, the cost to address the problem was overpriced. I know what the part costs and the amount of labor time it took me to replace it myself. I am very happy to pay 1 hour labor and the part cost. This should have cost less than $500 total. The quote was for over $1500. This is taking advantage of elderly people.
