I found myself needing to replace my non-working central AC and in the process of looking at what that entailed, decided to also replace my heating system to match the new AC.
After several weeks of research on what was the best system for me, I then understood a quality install is just as important. Using Mass Save for 0% financing, I took their recommendation to obtain multiple quotes. While Boston Standard was the most expensive of the 4 quotes I solicited, I ultimately chose them in the end because of how detailed they explained my project, and also because their written proposal was the most comprehensive of the quotes I received. I felt I knew EXACTLY what I was signing on for.
My project was not without hiccups but what I felt set Boston Standard apart was of how responsive they were. The office staff addressed all of my questions in a timely manner, and the technicians and electricians working in my home were professional, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and ON TIME every day! Don’t get that too often anymore! I felt very comfortable going to my job every day leaving them to do their work, getting a full report at the end of each day.
Prior to signing the contract, I did see Boston Standard received some negative reviews. I know you cannot please all of the people all of the time and yet, I will admit, they did make me pause. Something else kept me from caving in to those reviews and now that I have the Cadillac of heating and cooling expertly installed, I am so VERY glad I chose the Trane variable speed, and am even happier I chose the most expensive estimate for install in my pile. They did not disappoint. You really do get what you pay for. I would recommend Boston Standard Company to anyone without hesitation.
