As a new customer it was quite a wait between when I scheduled my preventive maintenance and my actual appointment, but it wasn’t an emergency, so that was fine. Our tech Olivia arrived right on time – perhaps even a little early – and I was surprised to hear that she’d been here before (previous owners used Boston Standard as well). It’s great to know that their techs stay with the company long term. Olivia checked out our boiler, cleaned it, and made sure it was in good working order. She made sure we knew how to light the pilot in case it goes out and explained a bit more about some upcoming maintenance the system may need now that it’s 15 years old. We signed up for the annual contract, which seems to be a good deal. Great experience overall and will continue to use them. Thanks Olivia and team!
