We’ve had only good experiences with Boston Standard. Everyone who has visited our home has been very friendly and professional, and the folks in the office make working with them pretty easy. The owner has been very helpful on the phone and even made a service call himself when we were without heat a few years ago. Another time, the weekend on-call technician worked with me over the phone, and I was able to fix the very minor issue that prevented my furnace from firing, saving him a trip to my house and saving me the cost of a service visit.
Perhaps one of the things I appreciate most is that they have never try to sell me something I don’t need. If it’s not an easy call one way or the other, the technicians go over the pros and cons and include us in the decision of how to proceed.
