We are 0 for 4 with these bozos. They screwed up a tankless hw maintenance resulting in no hot water then their answering service failed to mark our call about it as an emergency. They quoted a price to install a Nest, then realized they needed a 24v transformer (note – they knew and had photos of our system previously) and quoted an electrician at $1,100 to install it! More than 2x the original quote which they failed to honor. No transparency on pricing. Hard sell tactics during service. Arrogant and unknowledgeable staff. Literally the most incompetent service provider I have ever dealt with in 40 years of owning homes.
