I am a customer of Boston standard, and recently my heating system was serviced by a technician Anthony prosper. I want to tell you how great the experience was. I am a blind person, and Mr. prosper allowed me to gain information about my system that I hadn’t had before. He went out of his way to explain how my system worked and showed me aspects of the system that I hadn’t known before. He was extremely responsive and respectful excellent working with him.
In addition, I worked with a technician Ramon Ogando Who in the process of working with my system, suggested that we change the thermostats to a more efficient thermostat. I was not sure because as blind person I’m not sure that all thermostats are accessible. And this I asked Boston standard for suggestions. and this I met with their electrician Ryan Cullinan Who went above and beyond all expectations. He was able to test a thermostat on my system, and made sure that it was able to be worked by a blind person. He took his time and made sure that I could install software and access the controls. He was great. I am very happy with Boston standard and especially the technicians. They do not compromise and never. Get thrown by working with a person who cannot see. Especially am grateful for all of them. Thank you.
