We had a water heater die on us last week. It was nearly impossible to find someone to come out and take a look, but Boston Standard made a quick appointment for us.
Rich T. came out to assess the situation, and when it was determined that we needed to replace the system, he got us a very quick appointment and took time out of his own very busy schedule to get back and put a temporary hot water heater in. He went so far above and beyond what was required of him.
Boston Standard sent a guy named Rick out to do the installation. He was prompt, hard-working, and flexible to my needs when I had to come and go from the job site. The new system doesn’t just work great, it isn’t a mess of piping and other hastily put together plumbing—which we appreciate, given that it was installed into an old building with chaotic existing plumbing. He answered my many questions very well, and had some very smart ideas for how we could increase air flow to the boiler room.
We are very pleased with Boston Standard, and look forward to using them for all of our future plumbing needs.
